The second and fourth board of directors of the company was successfully held

 On January 27, 2022, at the beginning of the New Year, everything was updated, and the second and fourth  board of directors of the company was successfully held. The meeting was presided over by Chairman Zhang  Yanxin and attended by members of the board of directors, supervisors and relevant non-voting personnel.

 The meeting listened to the work report of the fourth Board of Directors of the second session of the company,  the company's 2021 financial final account report and 2022 financial budget plan, discussed other topics, and  deliberated and approved various topics.

 The members of the board of directors carefully deliberated and actively discussed the contents of the report.  While fully affirming the company's business work in 2021, they also put forward opinions and suggestions on  market development, production, operation and management. In 2022, we hope that the whole company will make  concerted efforts to develop and start again, step by step, with down-to-earth implementation, and strive to complete the established goals and tasks, so as to promote the sustainable, healthy and rapid development of the company.
